Since 2007 we have been producing lightning protection wiring harnesses for rotor blades for almost all wind turbine manufacturers. We supply rotor blade plants in Europe, Asia and America from our base in Geiselberg.

We manufacture according to customer specifications, while we are also happy to cooperate with you during the development phase. In the case of pre-existing systems, we help to optimize and improve connections. Thanks to our many years of experience in exothermic welding, we ensure that the connections in your system are resistance-free, non-corrosive and maintenance-free! Through our connections, the conductor becomes the weakest point in the system, and no longer the connection.

Welded connections made with WELDCOM welding granulates have been tested according to DIN EN 61400-24 and meet the requirements of lightning protection class 1 with no issues whatsoever.

We are able to weld various metals (e.g. copper, aluminum, steel/stainless steel, brass), both with each other and as mixed compounds (e.g. copper - aluminum).

Depending on what type of welding you need, be it cable, rope, cord, rail or fabric, we will also develop the right welding mold for your connection.

The best way to save costs is to have a functioning system that avoids damage and repairs!
